It will cut a hole in the fist element layer (with smooth alpha borders) and we will see the bottom element layer.and them both will composite ok.īut I wish this could be accomplished with just one element layer. I ended up using the alpha threshold" with its jagged border.Īnother possible workaround ( I just found out by chance) is having 2 copies of element in 2 different layers.Īnd in the top one, having just the sticker in a plane, using the matte alpha option. But then again, is not a separated object with an alpha texture on it (witch is what I would like to have). ![]() Now, Christian, the workaround you mentioned of having the sticker as a texture of the table, is valid. ![]() (i have) and if you have any shadow from models from inside element casting on top (also, I have). That works.If you dont have stuff above it in the shot. The first thing I did was having the sticker in the right 3d position "outside" element. ![]()
